I chose to invest in real estate to leverage loans for asset building over time, rather than relying solely on my hard-earned salary, and to diversify my investments. I decided to purchase through Renosy because their advisor was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the investment until I fully understood.
改善して欲しい点
It would be highly beneficial to provide an Excel file detailing the cash flow and expected expenses for each apartment every month over the entire loan period. Including the expected expenses in this file would offer customers clear transparency regarding the projected gains.
