総評
I learned about real estate investment last year from another company (mostly saling apartments) but I gived up due to the down payment requirements. Then I know Renosy from my colleagues and decide to give it a try. My agent really killed it, explaining every questions I asked (except for the tax related questions which answered by another agent). So after some calculation, I decided to APE! You ain't get nothing without getting your hands dirty! Hopefully this will work out : )
